Business Info…

I work with couples and individuals who want more love, and to heal and grow in North America.

Why did you decide to start your own business?

It was a calling. It started with a rumble in the soul, then it got louder, and I got visions of some type of transformation coming. Then I got a message while I was napping that I am a healer and that I am here to bring more love and healing to the world. This all happened around the time I turned 40. Before that, I was working in Software Sales as a Relationship Manager. I was very successful but knew I wanted more for my life and that I was capable of so much more impact in the world.

What's the coolest thing about owning your own business?

Creating the perfect/dream life every day. Being creative and original in my approach, methodology, and my ability to love people with this structure.

What challenges have you had to overcome?

1. Overcoming my Filipino/catholic beliefs around "deserving" and the constant nagging of "Who do you think you are anyways?"

2. The guilt of wanting to charge what I'm worth

3. Getting reconnected to my feminine energy after working in a man's world for 20 years

4. Being an overachiever, my fear of both failure and success, and learning a new level of self-compassion and letting go of control

5. Trust, faith in God's plan

6. Doing things MY way instead of what we've been told how to do things traditionally

I love sharing about my divorce, the gift of it, and how it led me to my husband who lived on the other side of the country, and our love story including the painful bits and being accepted into the family shortly after my divorce.

What advice could you offer to someone starting a business like yours?

Do it your way and what is aligned with your values. Stop trying to wait until it's all perfect. Know what you're truly committed to as it will pull you along during tough times You don't necessarily get what you want, but you always get who you are

What's the most memorable thing you've seen happen at a wedding or celebration?

Seeing so many people crying at my wedding and being so moved.

Behind the Scenes…

What is daily life like in your household?

We are best friends. We are a team. We are accountable and we take each other into consideration with all decisions. We laugh a lot but more importantly, we are sweet, gentle, and compassionate with each other. I love how present my husband is with me all the time, and how thoughtful he is. I get to experience fun, affection, and unconditional love every day and we miss each other often. My husband is my biggest cheerleader and supporter.

Are there any challenges or obstacles that you've had to overcome?

Of course! Not being to get pregnant/fertility procedures that didn't work, Ex-husbands threatening us, financial hardships, mom not accepting a new man in my life shortly after divorce, dealing with men hitting on me on social media, sexual and emotional abuse, death of my father when I was 24, meeting my half -brother for the first time at his funeral.

We must honour ourselves first instead of trying to people-please; there is a fine line between people-pleasing and being 'independent'.
