ABOUT THE BUSINESS
How long have you been in business?
Since 2018
What areas do you serve?
We serve people who are looking to have extraordinary adventures
Why did you decide to start your own business?
I have never been a "traditional" person. I have worked in so many industries and worn so many hats and I was never truly happy. I've always wanted a job that I was passionate about , as well as one that allowed me the freedom to be passionate about other things. Being my own boss and owning my own business was a natural progression of that. I also hate being told what to do. :)
What's the coolest thing about owning your own business?
I do something I really care about and am excited about everyday.
What do you offer?
Travel - for either professionals or couples. Honeymoons have become extremely important to couples, sometimes even more important than the actual ceremony. I provide a seamless service that can make this piece of the wedding experience absolutely amazing and personalized. Couples can use me directly or I can partner with wedding professionals for a complete package.
I create extraordinary experiences for people looking to travel a little differently. I put together trips that are typically, but do not have to be, adventure and luxury based. I am a seasoned travel advisor that offers my expertise in the travel world to create unforgettable trips for my clients.
FUN BUSINESS INFO
Do you have a favorite story to share?
I have so many amazing travel stories - good and bad - there are too many to share.
What challenges have you had to overcome?
What a question! COVID-19 is by far the biggest obstacle my business has faced. During these uncertain times I have had to maintain optimism, while trying to keep my clients informed, and most of all inspired. I am not only a travel advisor I am also a health and safety expert. People are eager to travel - it's not a question of if, it's a question of when - I just need to make sure that I am remaining visible and relevant for when people are ready to get back out there.
What advice could you offer to someone starting a business like yours?
Be prepared to build the plane and fly the plane all at the same time. Owning a business is so much more than just being good at what you're selling. You have to pick up so many other skills to make your business operate productively - marketing, tech, accounting, etc. Be patient with your self, trust yourself.
What's the craziest thing you've seen happen at a wedding?
Nothing too crazy, mostly drunken debauchery
What advice could you offer to engaged couples planning their wedding - as a wedding professional?
Don't lose sight of what you want. So often weddings become more about other people than the couple getting married. Another reason why I think the honeymoon is so important. This is a part of the wedding experience that is truly for the couple.

Is there anything else you'd like us to know?
This year I planned 3 totally unique honeymoons which might be fun to touch on. Obviously, because of COVID some of them aren't happening this year, but still fun to talk about.
Two weeks in Italy - couple will split their time between Rome, Tuscany, and the Amalfi Coast. Just some of the cool activities they will be partaking in are; Vespa rides through Rome, horseback riding through Tuscan vineyards, and an all day sailing trip off the Amalfi Coast.
Two weeks in Patagonia - Couple will fly into Buenos Aires where they will spend a few days exploring the city. From there they will venture south to Patagonia where they will see glaciers, stay in luxury yurts, enjoy the beautiful natural wonders. They will then finish their trip staying at a Chilean winery.
A week in Costa Rica - Couple will spend half of their vacation at a luxury tented camp near Arenal Volcano National Park. The rest of their time will be spent at a beachfront luxury resort in Manuel Antonio National Park.
